The Ready Room

 

Date: Monthly | 2nd and 4th Tuesday, to begin September 9, 2025

Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET, by confirmed invitation only 
Registration Deadline: The deadline to complete and submit your registration profile is each Wednesday before the upcoming bi-weekly pitch date

Virtual Format: Powered by Cisco WebEx videoconference  

The WOSB Ready Room is the continuation of the six-week readiness intensive. Each participant will present a concise, integrated briefing that showcases their procurement readiness across identity, capability, strategy, and financial posture. 

The sessions will provide both a confidence-building experience and a final checkpoint for peer and coach feedback. We will invite procurement decision-makers to observe and engage, offering participants a valuable opportunity to receive real-time insight and visibility.

The goals of The Ready Room pitch briefings are to:

  • Provide female-only CEOs access points to ensure they are informed, prepared, and positioned for real business.
  • Focus on capability alignment, not current solicitations
  • Provide an opportunity for real-time feedback from VA and other government agency procurement decision makers
  • Build procurement-ready relationships that lead to follow-up conversations and potential opportunities

 

Participants will deliver a 5-minute live readiness briefing that clearly communicates: 

  • Value Message
  • Capability Snapshot tailored to agency needs
  • Target Agency and Outreach Plan
  • Concise Financial Readiness Statement


The session is designed to strengthen women CEO's real-time delivery and decision-maker alignment in preparation for industry briefings, matchmaking sessions, and proposal engagements.

 Registration Process:

  • Select the LOGIN TO REGISTER/VIEW EVENTS DASHBOARD button located at the top-right of this page.
  • A DS Logon, LOGIN.gov, or ID.me account is required to enter the VetBiz portal to begin the registration process.
  • Complete registrations will be reviewed by the Operation Parachute Planning team
  • Firms will be scheduled for a 5-minute meeting and notified by the Direct Access Program, and sent the session access via Webex   


You must fully complete your profile, upload your capabilities statement, and click “Submit” to complete registration.
