About Verizon:
Verizon works with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and partners to help achieve the VA’s mission. Verizon’s commitment to the VA includes Mobile Device Management and improving Veteran’s health from wherever they are.
Verizon operates the nation’s most reliable 4G and 5G networks. In 2022, they were named #1 in network quality for the 28th time by industry analyst J.D. Power. Verizon helped Palo Alto Medical Center become the first fully enabled 5G hospital in the country. The new network enables advanced clinical capabilities, including augmented reality-assisted presurgical guidance.
They leverage their 5G technologies in robotics, sensors, Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning (ML) artificial intelligence (AI), and video monitoring. Verizon strengthens partners’ solutions by enabling wireless capabilities to better serve Veterans and support clinician efforts from hospital to home. Verizon is looking for companies who are compatible with wireless technologies.
