“OPERATION PARACHUTE (OP) PROGRAM”
6-Week Virtual Training Series
Delivering Opportunity - Elevating Success of Women Veteran-Owned Small Businesses
Every Tuesday & Thursday | June 10 – July 24, 2025
Attendance is required for 3 out of 5 sessions to receive an invitation to the Week 6 Capstone Readiness Briefing.

Operation Parachute (OP) is a broader initiative led by VA OSDBU designed to support Women Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (WVOSBs) through training, networking, and direct access to procurement opportunities such as industry days and matchmaking events. This program aims to close long-standing access gaps and increase the utilization of Women-Owned Small Businesses across Federal procurement.
Each Operation Parachute engagement provides an opportunity for direct access to decision-makers, critical procurement intelligence, and strategic coaching. This ensures that WVOSB leaders are not only prepared for opportunity but positioned to lead.
WVOSB 6-Week Readiness Intensive – Standalone OP Event
By completing this 6-week program, participants will:
- Define and communicate their value clearly to government buyers.
- Develop a targeted capability statement for government audiences.
