Event Overview: Steps to do Business with the State of Nevada
This virtual training session introduces vendors to NEVADAePro, the State of Nevada’s centralized e‑procurement platform that supports transparent and efficient statewide purchasing. Attendees will learn how the system manages bid solicitations, contracts, purchase orders, and receipt documentation.

The presentation covers the full vendor engagement process, including required registrations with NEVADAePro, the State Controller’s Office, and the Secretary of State. It explains how to build and maintain accurate supplier profiles and how NIGP/commodity codes drive bid notifications and quote submissions.

Participants will also learn about multiple contracting pathways, such as open bids, formal solicitations, and open‑market requisition quotes.
