The Ready Room Pitch Briefing Sessions

Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET, by confirmed invitation only

Virtual Format: Powered by Cisco WebEx videoconference

The Ready Room is the culminating experience of the WOSB Ready Program. This unique opportunity offers participants the chance to deliver a live 5-10-minute briefing to procurement decision-makers following the weekly Thursday Power Hour sessions.

Each participant will present a clear and integrated briefing that demonstrates their readiness for procurement, focusing on their identity, capabilities, strategies, and financial position.

These sessions will not only help build confidence but also serve as a final checkpoint for feedback from peers and coaches. We will invite procurement decision-makers to observe and engage, providing participants with valuable real-time insights and visibility.

The Ready Room pitch briefing goals :

  • Provide CEOs access points to ensure they are informed, prepared, and positioned for real business.
  • Focus on capability alignment, not current solicitations
  • Provide an opportunity for real-time feedback from VA and other government agency procurement decision makers
  • Build procurement-ready relationships that lead to follow-up conversations and potential opportunities

Participants will deliver a live readiness briefing that clearly communicates:

  • Value Message
  • Capability Snapshot tailored to agency needs
  • Target Agency and Outreach Plan
  • Concise Financial Readiness Statement

The session is designed to strengthen women CEO's real-time delivery and decision-maker alignment in preparation for industry briefings, matchmaking sessions, and proposal engagements.
