ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The WOSB Ready Program — Deploying Opportunity Thru Readiness: Positioned to Win, Prepared to Deliver. It is a strategic, mission-aligned readiness platform designed to position Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs) for measurable federal contracting success. Deploying Opportunity Thru Readiness: Positioned to Win, Prepared to Deliver.
 
Formerly known as VetBizLady Office Hours and Operation Parachute, the WOSB Ready Program delivers a unified suite of capability-building tools, live practice environments, and agency-aligned engagement opportunities.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WOSB POWER HOUR

The WOSB Power Hour is the readiness lab behind the pitch — a weekly interactive session where participating CEOs refine their messaging, strengthen their capability statements, and sharpen their offer strategies. This is where confidence is built, clarity is sharpened, and past performance is positioned for impact.
 
As part of the WOSB Ready Program, the Power Hour is designed for women founders, executives, and decision-makers who are serious about positioning their businesses for federal success.

- Align your company's capabilities with emerging federal mission needs
- Engage in peer discussions with other women in command
- Gain insight, agency updates, and structured support from federal experts and industry leaders

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Be a WOSB/WVOSB CEOs

2. Participation in the WOSB Ready Program foundational series
3. Review of all supplemental toolkits for each session
4. Access all materials via the link provided upon registration.

JOIN FORCES

Join forces with us to empower and enable Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) readiness. Contact us for access to Ready WOSBs and explore collaboration opportunities:

  1. Engage and Collaborate:
    • Mentor, champion, and coach
    • Formal mentor-protégé relationships
    • Teaming, subcontracting, and joint ventures
  2. Training and Expertise:
    • Prime Vendor/Corporate partner training
    • Business expertise through speaking, training, and instructing
    • Host and participate in 1-2 day Bootcamps
  3. Custom Engagements:
    • Increase SDVOSB/VOSB/WVOSB efforts to meet goals
    • Monthly cohort meetings with 30-200 women
    • VA or Govt Agency engagements
    • Focused communities of interest (e.g., Construction, IT, Logistics)
  4. Educational and Non-Profit Partnerships:
    • Programs hosted by VA, NCA, VBA, VHA, OIT
    • Educational entities to increase resiliency
    • Non-profit entities for education and engagement to support resiliency
