The pivotal decision to discontinue plans for the NVSBE 2025 enables us to allocate resources more effectively, focusing on opportunities that will deliver the greatest value to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

In our commitment to supporting VOSBs and SDVOSBs, we are actively evaluating various options that will deliver meaningful support and engagement. These options include specialized initiatives tailored to address the dynamic needs of small businesses as they navigate the complexities of the Federal procurement landscape. While we have yet to finalize any decisions, we are working diligently to identify the best course of action.

It is important to note that this change for 2025 does not diminish our commitment to serving VOSBs. Instead, it reflects our proactive approach to adapting and evolving in ways that maximize impact. By redirecting our efforts toward innovative engagement opportunities, we reaffirm our mission to empower VOSBs and SDVOSBs to succeed. Our ultimate goal is to nurture the growth of VOSBs and SDVOSBs and to foster meaningful connections between Veterans and Federal buyers – not just during events, but consistently, every day.

We encourage VOSBs to leverage the robust resources available through VetBiz.va.gov, which include OSDBU training and hands-on technical assistance. Additionally, we will continue to share updates, insights and success stories to inspire and inform your journey in Federal procurement through social media channels and email communications.
